User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and Vargour governing your account and your license to use the Vargour game client and services. It supplements the Terms of Use.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game client for non-commercial entertainment, subject to this Agreement.

2. License restrictions

• You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the client.
• You may not modify, decompile, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the client to develop competing products or to extract assets.

3. Account ownership

Your account and all in-game progress, characters, and virtual items remain licensed to you and owned by us. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold.

4. User-generated content

If the Service lets you submit names, messages, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content for the operation of the Service. You are responsible for content you submit and must hold the necessary rights to it.

5. Updates and availability

We may patch, update, or modify the client and game balance at any time. We may take the Service offline for maintenance and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Conduct and enforcement

Violations of the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Use may result in warnings, item removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, at our discretion.

7. Fees and refunds

Optional purchases are governed by the pricing shown at the time of purchase and by the refund rights granted under your local consumer-protection laws.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership and liability) will remain in effect.
