These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vargour website, game client, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Vargour (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

4. Virtual items and purchases

The Service may offer virtual currency and items that have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and may be modified or discontinued. All purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

The Service, including all software, art, audio, names, and the Vargour emblem, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
